- We are a small family owned business driven to help other investors. We started a buy and rehab business over a decade ago, and understand the needs of our local borrowers.
- Most of our lending is to borrowers who we have gotten to know and trust through our time in Real Estate, and much of the rest comes from referrals from the same people.
- We love the private lending business because we have well aligned interest with our borrowers
- We are NOT currently purchasing investment properties. We have one focus...helping our borrowers. We are not competing for deals, we are never looking to "take back" a property-and we have not done so to date!!
Herb Dorn
Herb is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He has been a volunteer for a local mountain rescue team for over 25 years. Herb was a career firefighter where he recently retired after 20 years of service.
Tina Dorn
Tina worked as the director of an Early Head Start program in Denver, obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work from DU, while interning for the Denver VA and the Kempe Center, a local children's advocacy & research program. Soon after she began our Real Estate journey. Tina enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors and traveling with her family.
Tina is a Private Lender Associate Certified by the American Association of Private Lenders.
